Our Client's name is synonymous with high-end luxury interior fit-outs of super & mega yachts, and they are looking for a Project Manager to join their skilled team.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of interior fit-out of super yachts, and preferably with European language skills. The responsibilities of the Project Manager include: • To have a complete and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the designated Project which includes and is not limited to the contract and the scope of works. • To develop and maintain the Project schedule. To request and distribute information in a timely manner and to ensure that full compliance to the contract is adhered. • To work together with the Design Coordinator and provide all the required information so as he or she can complete their tasks. • To check and submit for approval all material samples and specifications in accordance with the company policy and procedures. • To manage and monitor all sub contractors work for compliance to their contract with Greenline Yacht Interiors. • To liaise with the planning department in regards to all design, engineering, production, logistic and installation scheduling. • To liaise with the commercial department and in particular the assigned Quantity Surveyor for the project on all variations and subsequent cost implications. • To liaise with the procurement department on all technical issues pertaining to the project. • To liaise with the production department regarding any issues for the project. • To liaise with the Project Coordinator regarding the project. • To liaise with the Operations Manager on all aspects of the project. • To prepare, monitor and track all PCO’s (Proposed Change Orders) and CO’s (Change Orders) in accordance with the companies polices and procedures. • To prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for submittal to Senior Management and the client. • To attend all designated meetings in house, with the client or nominated representative, with sub contractors, designers and on site. • To implement and maintain an Occupational Health and Safety plan on site, complete with all the necessary documentation as per company policies and procedures. • To set up and maintain a well structured site office. • To manage on site Fit out supervisors. • To coordinate the flow of information between sub contractors. • To consistently keep abreast of market trends and construction methods • To ensure that the company policy and procedures are maintained and implemented at all times. Whilst continuously seeking ways to improve, refine and modify procedures. • To be well presented at all times and constantly work in the best interest of the company.
Other Skills:
• Candidates should have a Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Architecture
• Commercially orientated with 15 years of professional experience as a Project Manager in Interior Fit-Outss of Super Yachts, Palaces or 5 Star Hotels
• Should be flexible & adpatable with the ability to work effectively with a multicultural workforce
• Have excellent analytical skills & communication skills

•Fluent in English
• Italian or Spanish speaking would be an advantage |
