Our Client is seeking a SERVICE MANAGER to manage the Service Department of their Hong Kong facility.
The company offer a full after sales, yacht management and maintenance service for their brands of yachts which include Azimut, Beneteau, Benetti, Lagoon & Sea Ray, and also for their range of brokerage yachts
Based in South East Asia with offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, West Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan and Chain, the Company offers a full sales and brokerage service for the local yachting community.
Job Requirements:
You will be required to troubleshoot and find solutions to a variety of problems on the brands they represent
If necessary you will be required to fix the difficult problems yourself
You will have to update records, make work requests and track jobs using the Clients & the shipyards service websites
Previous experience in a busy service environment is essential
Knowledge of the Clients brands is very desirable
You must be a good "people person" as a large part of the job is to discuss problems with owners and placate them as and when required
Although based in Hong Kong, the Service Manager will be required to travel around South East Asia.
