Full Description:
A SALES EXECUTIVE is required to develop long lasting client relationships and meet the sales targets and objectives set by the management.
You will be required to increase and develop sales of Sea Ray boats and focus upon sales to European clients.
Our Client is a specialised boat builder, marine services provider and boat sales operator based in Phuket in Thailand.
Main Activities:
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails
• Visiting potential customers to prospect for new business
• Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
• Gathering market and customer information
• Representing the organisation at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrators
• Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with suppliers and internal management
• Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
• Liaising with suppliers to check on the progress of existing orders
• Recording sales and order information and sending copies to internal management
• Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
• Gaining a clear understanding of customers' requirements
• Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations
• Feeding future buying trends back to management
Qualifications:
• Relevant sales related education
• Sales training program certificates from companies like Sea Ray are a plus
• Current driver's licence
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
• Proven track record in motor boat sales particularly in small motor yachts
• Experienced in yacht brokerage
• Fluent in English, additional European language an advantage
