Full Description:
**FILLED** MARINE SERVICES OPERATIONS MANAGER

Our Client is looking for a Marine Services Operations Manager to join their Marine Operations team across the UAE.

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the general administration of the various watercraft and related equipment that belong to them.
The role will include staffing, training, operations & maintenance.
You must be able to exhibit the flexibility required to handle all segments relating to the vessels and be capable in general marine skills to assist the Marine Services Manager with other department-wide tasks as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Primary point of contact for all watercraft related issues
* Work closely with Site Administration at locations where the Clients boats operate to ensure optimal utilisation of watercraft assets and HQ/Site coordination
* Ensure that the Marine Services staff have the proper training and operating procedures in place for the watercraft operated
* Coordinate and ensure that adequate maintenance takes place to provide the safe & continuous operation of vessels, boat trailers and supporting equipment
* Primary agent to maintain the master Marine Services Tracker document
* Support the Marine Services Manager in his various responsibilities; taking on tasks as assigned in any area of Marine Services activity

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Overall boat care and operations
* Strong familiarity with boats and marina operations
* Advanced knowledge of boat operations & maintenance procedures
* Computer literate
* UAE driver's licence and ability to tow boats

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Boat operation licence is highly desired
